ARHT Media support & migration

ARHT Media ended operations in October 2024. If your organisation still has ARHT equipment standing — or content and workflows built around it — this page describes exactly what we can and cannot do for you.

Last updated: August 2026

The short answer

We assess existing ARHT environments and determine what can realistically be retained, migrated or replaced. Where continued use of legacy components is not technically or commercially viable, we provide a migration path to the current HEREweHOLO platform: Holobox hardware, live telepresence, prerecorded 4K content and AI avatars. And one thing most buyers do not know: ARHT’s CAPSULE units were built and configured in The Hague by our parent company Vision 2 Watch, so for the CAPSULE line we can genuinely assess, repair and supply parts. For ARHT components we did not build — capture studios, the ARHT software platform — we assess per case and promise nothing we cannot verify.

Why we can say this: we built these machines

ARHT Media had CAPSULE units built, imaged and prepared for worldwide shipment in The Hague by Vision 2 Watch, HEREweHOLO’s parent company, under ARHT purchase orders — including an order for eight CAPSULE displays in late 2023 — and Vision 2 Watch stored ARHT equipment and ran logistics for European deployments until the October 2024 bankruptcy. An ARHT assessment here is not a competitor guessing at someone else’s product; it is the people who handled the hardware.

The assessment, step by step

step 1Remote intake

You describe the installation with the form below: which ARHT product (CAPSULE, HoloPresence, HoloPod, capture studio), how many units, whether it still runs, and whether you used it live or with prerecorded content. Photos help; you can send them by replying to our confirmation e-mail.

step 2Content and workflow review

We inventory your existing content and how it was produced and played out, review your live workflow where applicable (camera, audio, network, operator), and check what carries over to current hardware, what needs conversion and what should be reshot.

step 3Hardware condition and site check

Where commercially sensible we inspect on site: physical state of the unit, the space, power, network and sight lines. For multi-location environments we plan the rollout order.

step 4Retain, migrate or replace

You receive a written recommendation per component: what can stay, what migrates, what should be replaced — with published prices for the replacement path (Holobox from €27,500 · Holomini €5,200 · Holowall €63,000 (3 units), software licence one-time €720; rental for temporary needs). No obligation attached.

What migration to HEREweHOLO looks like

  • Display migration: from CAPSULE/HoloPod-class hardware to Holobox or Holomini; from stage-scale setups to Holowall.
  • Live telepresence: camera and microphone are built into the Holobox, so a separate capture room is not required for two-way sessions — see live hologram presentations.
  • Content: existing prerecorded material is converted where formats allow; new 4K content is produced in-house.
  • AI avatars: environments used for repeated presentations often migrate to an interactive AI avatar instead of scheduled playback.
  • Multi-location rollouts: planned per site, with one contact for hardware, content and support.
  • Former resellers and integrators: if you represented ARHT and want a current manufacturer to work with, talk to us about distribution.

Frequently asked questions

Can HEREweHOLO repair my ARHT unit or supply spare parts?

For the CAPSULE line, usually yes: ARHT had its CAPSULE units built and configured in The Hague by HEREweHOLO’s parent company Vision 2 Watch, so we know that hardware from the inside and can assess it, repair it and supply parts for it. For ARHT products we did not build — capture studios, the ARHT software platform, older stage systems — we assess per case and only commit to what we can verify.

Can my existing content be reused?

Frequently, yes. Prerecorded holographic content is essentially high-quality video with an alpha or dark background; in the assessment we check formats, resolution and rights, and state what plays directly on the Holobox, what needs conversion, and what should be reshot.

What does the assessment cost?

The remote assessment is free. An on-site inspection is quoted in advance and depends on location; within Europe it is usually combined with a demo of current hardware.

How fast can a replacement be installed?

The Holobox is plug & play and typically operational within an hour on site. Lead time for delivery is quoted per order; rental units can bridge an urgent event date.
