Holobox, Holomini or Holowall: which one fits you?

Three hologram displays from the same makers, for three different situations. Below they sit side by side on the points the decision actually turns on.

All three displays start from the same idea: a lifelike image that appears to float in the room, visible without glasses or a headset. Where they differ is scale, placement and what is built in. A Holomini sits on a counter, a Holobox stands free on the floor, and a Holowall is a wall built up from coupled units.

Those differences drive the price, but above all they decide whether the thing suits what you are trying to achieve. A life-size person making eye contact with your audience calls for a Holobox. A product that should rotate at eye level while visitors walk past calls for a Holomini. A shop window or experience centre that has to carry image from wall to wall calls for a Holowall.

Holowall

Where these figures come from

Every figure on this page comes from our own product pages and the 2026 price list. We build all three displays ourselves in The Hague, so these are not specifications passed on from a supplier but numbers from our own workshop.

Prices are starting prices for the hardware, excluding VAT. What a setup finally costs depends on the configuration, the content, and whether you rent, lease or buy. Content production is quoted separately on the basis of the storyboard.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the difference

Size and placement. The Holobox stands free on the floor and is 220 centimetres tall, meant to show a person or product life-size. The Holomini sits on a counter or table and is easy to carry along. Both use the same holographic technique.

It is the same holographic technique at a smaller scale: changing content works the same way and the floating effect remains. The Holobox additionally has published specifications for resolution and brightness: 4K Ultra HD at 3840 by 2160 pixels and 90,000 lumens.

When the image has to be one whole. A Holowall couples several units seamlessly, so scenes and panoramas run across the full width. Separate Holoboxes placed next to each other remain separate images with an edge in between.

Yes. All three are available to rent, lease or buy. For a single event or campaign renting usually makes sense; for structural use or several trade fairs a year, owning a unit is often cheaper. We will work out both options for you.
