What we work out in the meeting
Whether a holographic display suits your plan becomes clear in twenty minutes. We listen to what you want to achieve and say openly whether and how we can solve it.
- Goal and occasion — trade fair, permanent installation, campaign or one-off activation
- The right type — Holobox, Holomini or Holowall
- How you take it on — rent, buy or lease, depending on how often you use it
- Content — what already exists and what has to be made
- Planning — when the installation has to be standing and what has to be settled by when
About the content
We always produce content to order. The price follows from the storyboard: scope, complexity and production time determine what makes sense. Simple projects start at €940.
If budget is a factor, look at AI avatars and AI-generated video: they bring the cost down considerably without the effect suffering.
A demonstration in person
Judging a hologram from a photograph is hard. Anyone who has seen the effect live once knows immediately whether it suits their own situation. A demonstration is therefore often the fastest route to a decision — at our place in The Hague or, by arrangement, at yours.
What follows the meeting
Whether a conversation turns into a project usually comes down to three questions: which type fits, whether renting or buying makes more sense, and what the content would require. We go through those three in the meeting, so you can take them further internally.
If it does become a project, the storyboard comes next. Only once it is settled what has to be seen can the content effort be costed seriously; before that, any figure would be a guess. The prices of the units themselves are published on the price list, so you know the order of magnitude before the meeting.
Online or in The Hague
An online meeting is enough for the first questions: form of use, order of magnitude, timing. If you want to know how a life-size hologram really comes across, come by. The units are set up in our workshop in The Hague, and the difference between photograph and reality is exactly the point at which most decisions are made.
We work throughout Europe. If your project is outside the Netherlands, say so in the meeting — transport, on-site installation and support during the running period are then planned in from the start.
